We are FDA certified and operate under veterinarian oversight. 

We are also a family-owned business, and when you reach out to us, you get a human, not a computer response.

Shave or clip them dirty! The dirty hair has the dander, which is the vital ingredient for medication and research.

No need to "pre-rinse" or do any cleaning beforehand. In fact, Matted hair is acceptable. However, no feces or fleas, please.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cat hair with dog hair (or any other animal hair) mixed in.  If you need some strategies for how to keep the hairs separated, please reach out! We have helped many groomers with this.

Thankfully, no! All cat hair from different cats can be put into the same bag.

Any clean, unscented plastic bag works best.

No you do not! We will send you a shipping label, which is prepaid. You just need to provide the box (and, of course, the bagged hair).
